Job Description

• After very successful 2022 the company is looking for new Associate Director to join the team in Hong Kong and India.
• Reporting to CTO, and working with a global team of other Associate Directors.
• Manage a team of IT resources including software developers, testing/QA, DevOps, etc
• Leading regional team management (5-6 in locally in HK including QA, Developer and IT PM, plus 10 more across china and South East Asia).
• Be involved in their daily HK customer communications and training.

Key Candidate Criteria

• 5+ years of software development expertise in a professional setting for a high-tech software startup or established company
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT software development teams
• Has extensive experience with Cloud infrastructure, integration, acquisition and SQL across a variety of Database technologies.
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of major software concepts especially Java/Ruby, engineering background.
• Also experienced and able to manage outsource agency and contractor 3rd party.
• Can write and speak fluent English
