Job Description

• Responsible for 50% managing a team of IT functions including P&L, strategy, roadmap, development team, and IT operations in Hong Kong and China.
• 50% hands-on development tasks and leadership, particularly web and front-end.
• Perform new complex project-taking requirements and creating a solution.
• Handling projects from scratch, translating client’s business requirements into actual application solution.
• Perform hands-on web development tasks using variety of technologies such as MySQL, PHP, React.js, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to provide the best solution possible.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Degree or relevant diploma in MIS, IT Business/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Has at least 3-5 years of experience on development using MySQL, PHP, React.js, and Node.js.
• At least 1-3 years of experience on managing a team including business strategies, roadmap, and P&L.
• Has strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ideally has background in retail and eCommerce industry.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
