Job Description
- Will communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Reporting to the Senior Head of the Hong Kong Office. Will help in resolving the complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Will help keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
- Will work and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have a strong background in IT Sales, Cloud storage and Network Systems.
- Must be able to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Can speak fluent English and Cantonese and Mandarin
