  1. Has been working in the IT industry for about 15 years. Worked for a large logistics company called XXXX and was later acquired by XXXX. Currently working for XXXX, an IT consultancy firm to provide IT solution and also develop our own product and had different IT project and one key project was platform called Property Reptile which is one of the lead product in the US market. Leading a team of developers that are around 50 in Guangzhou and also use different type of technologies such as salesforce and AI.
  2. Would say he is strongest in Project Management and has 10+ years’ experience. Would rate himself 4.5 out 5 in PM. He was able to handle different projects and also participate in the development. In IMS he is the lead PM, platform to support diff. US agency, to enhance use. Led the team for 2 1/2 years. IMS had a humble beginning but now in the global market. He is one of the major factor in the success because of his management skills. He wrote E-commerce projects and Spa management systems and insurance project. Led as a PM and help on small projects, website development and e-commerce website and mobile apps and some for insurance company and their product which is a Spa management system.
  3. Has 1 ½ year experience as a PM in insurance project. The project was based on salesforce platform and CRM and on top of the basic CRM, created to help insurance agents to facilitate the sales process.
