Currently working as a Junior Business Analyst, his duties include obtaining data from users, documenting test plans, creating user requirements, and coordinating with the IT teams to assist the project getting done. He has created basic VBA and SQL scripts for his department's daily operations, and he is currently working on a project to create a new platform for clients to purchase their products. He is mostly in charge of the project's laundering aspect.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in VBA and SQL scripts and rates himself 3.5 out of 5. His communication skill is his strongest, and he gives himself 4 out of 5. He has solid experience in developing documents for business requirements and process workflow diagrams such as swimlanes, and fishbone, developing Gant chart for full-time management and progress tracking, as well as using these documents to record user requirements for setting up project schedules.
