  1. XXX plans and delivers integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to promote her brands throughout the whole path of purchase cycle during her service in XXX, and XXX. Her scope was from defining the strategy, to media channel selection, down to content calendar and campaigns execution. While XXX was focusing more on the data side, (including leads generation, sales revenue, big data analysis etc) XXX had a focus on the digital content and social media strategy.
    She launched the eCRM and e-sales platform from scratch together with the IT team and external agencies for XXX. She and her team were able to achieve the set KPI through the esales channel after the first 3 months launch. While in XXX, XXX launched the brand’s the 1st time ever strategic partnership with some of the well known Hong Kong and China digital publishers to boost the brand’s consideration and awareness respectively in the regions. The strategic partnership along with other social media campaigns helped Judy and her team to achieve the “consideration” index set KPI for Hong Kong region; and the “awareness” index set KPI for China region.  
  2. In XXX, XXX partner with regional stakeholders, IT and agencies to successfully launched the company’s first eCRM system, and CRM roadmap for the APAC regions.
  3. Apart from the usual “marketing” duties, she had experience on organizing regional scale consumer/VIPs events when she was servicing with XXX.  And had some experience on working with XXX and celebrities, and also PR firms when with XXX XXX, and The XXX Hotels.Organizing internal digital training and workshops was part of her scope during her career for most of the companies she has been with.
